They are the best the price was reasonable and they are Professionals and they know WHAT THEY ARE DOING unlike other so called phony plumbers who messes up everything and don’t know how to fix a copper pipe these guys are the best when I need more work done on a leaky pipe I will call on HARRIS PLUMBLING AND NO ONE ELSE.

The people who work there are so kind and humane! From the phone answerer who understood my problems and got me into the schedule to the skillful technicians who explained what they were doing and advised about whether I could do anything to avoid the same problem in the future.

Chris and Chris came to our store and repaired a sprinkler leak and fixed our problem and did a great job .

I have used the services of Harris Plumbing for years, with no problems. Kudos to Pasqual and the workers who have come out to my home to work and perform their jobs efficiently and effectively. The problem I have is with the new current office staff. I am missing Nichelle who was the best, and Betsie who was very helpful. Calling for a simple monthly sprinkler inspection appointment *(kudos to Chris) should not result in several calls and speaking to three different people, not to mention the unprofessional condescending disrespectful tone and verbiage that was used in communicating. Office personnel can make or break a company. Advise: New office personnel needs better training in customer service and company procedures and policies.

Their management team is most knowledgeable and thorough in how they think through things or plan ahead and 4. Their service techs are good, efficient, and always most courteous and accommodating

Harris plumbing installed two backflow devices. One on a sprinkler system and another on a domestic water supply. Harris personnel were responsive and James did a neat and professional job.
I will use them again when the need arises and recommend them to all.

Highly recommend! I have used Harris Plumbing twice in rather urgent situations. They return calls promptly and show up when scheduled. Their workers really know their stuff and are pleasant to deal with. I keep their number in my contacts for those unpleasant leaky-floody-awful-situations…..

Mostly good

It all started when the workers showed up to my home. They were pleasant and comforting to my elderly mother. The fear of flooding is scary for the elderly. They performed their work in a timely fashion and cleaned up really well. The area was cleaner than it was before they showed up… Will definitely use them again, and share them with friends!

Chris and Brian are awesome; they were here right away, saw our problem, and started working to give us heat at our place. Very professional, with no bullshit talk, told us what the problem was, and they resolved it. Thank you. Two thumb up!.

Good and reliable service

Being a management company, Harris Plumbing has been our go to plumber for 25+ years. They handle all our yearly/monthly backflow, fire sprinkler, LL152 and boiler inspections along with servicing all our properties when needed. They are experts in dealing with DOB, DEP and FDNY violations and their staff is extremely knowledgeable about how to deal with each agency to achieve the best outcome. Pat is an expert in his field. Highly recommend!
