Strato from Harris was absolutely incredible. He arrived on time, was well prepared, and really took his time evaluating the issue. He was extremely professional, explaining everything every step of the way. He was incredibly creative in his problem-solving, skills, as we had quite the mystery on our hands. He ended up fixing the problem 100% something other plumbers had been puzzled by. We will never use another plumber again. Strato and Harris are the absolute best. Can I give 10 stars?!
