I had rowdy come out to clean my property in september and he was really great. he made sure everything was alright with me before he left and didn't act formal like everyone else you meet in business. he just acted like a friend. i found one window that was up high and was hard to see that he missed when he was out cleaning my windows and i called around noon and he was back at my house within a few hours. really a great job. Your's was easy considering you were in Joplin, Missouri, but I would have bent over backwards to get to you whether you were there or an hour away.
