Harmony Holdings Group reached out to me after my father passed away asking if they could purchase his house. The house was in Largo FL while I lived in NJ. I wasn't ready at that time. There was so much to think about, plus I had to move my mother home to NJ with us to take care of her. We thought we would fix up the house and keep it as a second home. But as time went by we did some analysis and realized it was just too hard to get the house fixed up while living in NJ. Marisa Fagan kept in contact with us to see how things were progressing. I finally reach out to her to say we were ready to sell, and Marisa and Harmony Holdings made everything easy for us.
