Happy Home Maid Service

I was recommended this cleaning service from a friend who had good luck with the company previously. Unfortunately, the service was disappointed. We chose the the move in/move our special for our new home we purchased to have our new home cleaned before moving in/unpacking. To start, the photo emailed to us of the cleaner was not the person who came to our house and the second person arrived late. When I mentioned the tardiness of the cleaners, the office manager ensured me they were both there on time…however we were at the house and the cleaners had not arrived yet. I had asked for 2 specific services to be done (inside/outside of the cabinets and inside the appliances, both of which are included in the move in/out service. The cabinets were not cleaned on the inside, and the outside had a sticky/tacky coating to them. The refrigerator was not done at all. The price listed for the service and the price I was charged were different and when I asked for a breakdown of services and pricing, nothing was available for me to look at. Overall, extremely disappointed in the whole experience. I will not recommending this company to anyone.
