Hall-Mark Premier Cleaning

This is a wonderful cleaning service! The owner and cleaning staff are very flexible and responsive to all requests and feedback. I've used other cleaning services and have had many issues with damage to furniture and valuables within our home. This has never been an issue with Hallmark. They take their time to clean thoroughly without being careless. The cleaning staff are very professional and friendly. I can't recommend this business enough!

Kassie is the absolute best! Her attention to details and friendliness is so appreciated. Very trustworthy! I always can count on her going the extra mile, like vacuuming the sofas and moving the furniture out to clean.

I use Hall-Mark's services every week to keep my house clean and maintained. They do a very good job; they are not inexpensive but to get the kind of help they provide it is appropriate. What strikes me is that they are always on time or early. The scheduler is responsive and easy to work with. The owner of the company cares deeply about providing the best service she can and addresses any issues escalated to her with promptness and care.

The process was easy from the start. All my options and costs were clearly discussed in great detail which I appreciated. The cleaners were very professional and extremely detailed to the point of scrubbing door hinges with a toothbrush. Very impressive . I was very hesitant about having someone come in my home and clean but they did an absolutely amazing job!! Best money I ever spent!

Hall-Mark has absolutely exceeded expectations. Having used many cleaning services in the past, and being incredibly disappointed in the attention to detail, sloppiness and varying reliability, Hall-Mark has been a refreshing experience.

Past experiences with other cleaning companies, I've experience integrity issues with their crew. I can't begin to describe how easy it has been to trust them, often several hundred dollars in cash on office desk, never disturbed. I'd be surprised if they didn't wipe down each of the 20 dollar bills.

Hall-Mark cleans my business weekly, and performed a intensive deep clean prior to opening. The deep clean was phenomenal! It felt like a brand new store. Weekly, the cleaning crew shows up on time and works diligently through the time there. I almost never need to point out areas that were missed and they often clean areas...

I worked with Hall-Mark Premier House Cleaning to arrange a house cleaning for my daughter and her fiancé as a gift. Although I opted for the One Time Basic Clean, not the Deep Clean, they were thrilled with the job, saying “Our house has never looked better!” The team that cleaned their home was friendly, yet professional and thorough.

Hall-Mark was awesome! Their cleaners are top notch. I had them do a move out clean with windows, oven and refrigerator and everything sparkled when they were finished. After a bad experience with a different maid service it was a huge relief to have them do such an awesome job! A family member who stopped to pick up something from the apartment even commented on how nice a job they cleaned. THANK YOU for taking this off my plate. If I ever need cleaning, I will be sure to give them a call!

Very thorough and complete house cleaning

As the go-to person for any cleaning issues at my office, it is such a load off of my mind to know that the job is being performed to the highest standards. Everyone has commented on how great the office looks since Hall-Mark has taken over as our cleaning service. Not only does this make me look good but it gives an amazing first impression to any visitors that we have. Our office has never looked cleaner and we owe it all to Hall-Mark.
