Hall-Mark Premier Cleaning

I have had such a struggle finding a reliable cleaning service. With running a family and a business and going to school a cleaning service was supposed to make my life easier and that was absolutely not the case until I hired Hall-Mark. The cleaners are on time, professional, and most importantly the quality doesn't dwindle as time goes on. Every cleaning service I have had starts out great and then taking my money becomes more of a priority than cleaning.

Hall-Mark has finally given me peace of mind. Their management has kept contact with me to make sure their services are alway top-notch (which has been consistently flawless from the start) and their employees have become a part of this family. Hall-Mark has made such an impact in my life with their consistency and its made my work life and family life much better.

The employees were prompt, cautious , and pleasant to be around. They were always working steadily. They came in well informed of what was to do done and the location of materials. Everything I have noticed had been done to my satisfaction.
The one thing I feel could be done better is thel initial agreement of cost and work and the final cost for the work performed.

Hall-Mark Premier does a thorough job! I had a deep clean done first to start things off and the staff has been maintaining it very well. They recommend a deep-clean yearly. I also had help sorting, organizing and de-cluttering. I appreciate that the Hall-Mark Premier people who come into my home are friendly and professional. They also ask me if there's anything I notice they missed or if anything should be done differently, and I'm not made to feel awkward pointing it out if there is! Our whole family appreciates the help very much!

The quality of their work is high - coming home to a Hall-Mark cleaned house is a treat. Everything is done thoroughly and left smelling so fresh. Communication with Jan is great. Extremely professional staff and experienced cleaners. They clean our home every two weeks and it was the best decision I have made. They do an excellent job cleaning too to bottom and are polite and courteous to be around. Highly recommend.

We've been using Hall-Mark for 6 months and we are very pleased with their service. They are very professional, on time and they do a fantastic job at cleaning our house! I've had many people tell me that they have people that clean their house and that it's "not very clean" or "no-one cleans like you do". I can honestly say that Hall-Mark does clean like we do and that our house is very clean when they're finished. They are a little more expensive than their competitors but the quality of their cleaning is, in my opinion, a step above. I highly recommend them!

Wow! This is the best cleaning service we have ever used! From the moment they come out to do a walk-through and take the time to talk about your needs and their company background, up until after the first clean, everything was perfect for us. They are professional, on time, extremely detail oriented and we mean every corner of the house, and they will not leave the house until you walk thru and approve. We love that you purchase the cleaning supplies up front and those stay at the house and are only used for your personal cleanings. They offer many other cleaning services such as the inside of the refrigerator, garages, blinds, windows etc …. and we have already taken advantage of that. Hire Hall-Mark Premier Cleaning - you will be ecstatic that you did and know that it was worth every dollar spent. We’ve been using their services for several years now - never have had a complaint!
