Salesperson was quick and directed us to the exact areas to look at the refrigerators that would fit our kitchen. There was no pressure. He gave us time alone, but also was available for any questions. We never had to chase him down to get more information. We picked out the one we wanted, told him we wanted to buy it and were immediately taken to the desk to purchase. The purchase didn’t take more than 15 minutes. Our purchase was available for pick up and we drove to the storage facility where it was loaded in our truck. This was a no hassles, no issues or problems appliance store. Walked in, salesman walked up, told him commercial old school style without and the electronics and lid lock washers to replace the pos parts breaking $900 high efficiency whirpool washer i bought a few years ago.

Salesman showed me me the speed queen tc5, said thats only one they sell without the lid lock and loaded electronics, its got 5 year warranty.

I looked at washer, asked few questions about features. He answered. I told him this washer i want.

We went to counter he took my info, printed invoice, we then went to register, lady rang up purchase, i paid $1355 and change, she stapled receipt to invoice, salesman handed me map to the warehouse.

I drove to warehouse, backed into bay and dockman loaded washer, i tied it down and took to my house to install.
