Hahns appliances is a great place to shop for reasonable appliances with no pressure salemen. Always a great selection and priced just right! I have to admit my first attraction to the store was the name cuz its also my mother's family name ....a famly wih great integrity! Thanks Hahn's!!

First time Hahn Appliance buyer, and what a delight that it was being there today. My reason for writing a review is that I am very big on Customer service and Hahn Appliance has met my "expectations" in a 5 Star kind of way. Left Hahn's with a New 'Over the Range Convection/Microwave' combo w/ventilation system & 'Whirlpool Cooktop'. Prices? Very, very good as my sales associate Phil Ortiz is very knowledgeable, very helpful and was not ever dismissive as he continued to help in every way that was asked. My (fiance & myself) have a new remodel (kitchen) of where our appliances will be placed and came to Hahn Appliances based on recommendations from our personal friends and...are we ever pleased that we did! We bought a dishwasher at a lower price than we found anywhere else for that model and the service was great! Ask for Marty he did a great job!!

I wanted to say thank you to Hahn's for the excellent service in repairing and replacing my dishwasher.
The first one delivered had an intermittent electrical problem which came again soon after your service man, Patrick, left.
When I called to report the trouble the service department authorized replacement rather than repair.
The replacement arrived a few days later.
I installed the replacement and ran it through a test cycle. It worked fine!
When I did a final check I discovered the drain hose had a tiny pin hole leak.
I called the service department and spoke with the manager Randy. He said he would get someone to call me back soon.
Shortly after, your service man Billy called and said he was on the way to my home with a replacement hose. He arrived a few minutes later and quickly replaced the hose!

My wife and I having purchased a foreclosed home, we decided to give Hahn Appliance Warehouse a try, (love the commercials!). We were very impressed with how knowledgeable Marty, with their sales team was. Checking pricing during their Labor Day Sale 2014, well we placed several items in layaway. So far very happy. As we move forward in this process, I will add to my review.

I had a great experience at the OKC store. My salesman was very knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes to buy a fridge for my new house I just purchased. Have only had it for 3 weeks and so far it runs great. :)

Very knowledgeable sales staff that took the time to explain everything about a front loading washer and dryer since I haven't had one before. April was the salesperson I would recommend that you ask for her. Great prices too. Loved my experience at Hahn and would recommend to anyone.

Hahn has the BEST service department! Renee, Crystal and Patrick made my experience stress free. When I called, I was made to feel important and that my issue would be taken care of promptly.

I never usually write reviews but here ya go.. So about 2 years and 3 months ago I and my wife went to Hahn because we herd they was a good place to get good deals on appliances and guess what.... We found the same washer and dryer we was gonna buy from another big box store and these particular ones were a matching G.E. pair (i don't recall the model now but i remember at the other box stores they were $1200) they were brand new and they were from the back in the "dent and ding area" the washer literally had a small dent on the backside of it no bigger than a BB and the washer had a little scratch on the side but that was ok because they're setting side by side and the scratch is facing the washer. Oh and we only gave either $700 or $750 for the set can't remember exactly, it was less than $800 though. Here is the best part a little over 2 years now and no problems and...
