After a fire, on the control panel of our old dryer, we dropped by several locations around the Metro in search of something to get us by until we build a home.. Prices are getting STUPID!! these days on appliances, so I for one don't wanted to be sweated by a pushy commission based associates. Hahn's had exactly what we wanted! Took bout 30-35 mins from start too loaded up!! They took bout $285 off, of a model with a dent no one can see! 😎 Your experience may very, but my family is Stoked, using our new steam dryer!!

So far very pleased with customer service and their knowledge. I have yet to actually RECEIVE any appliances yet. Bought an entire suite for a kitchen remodel. But feel like I was appreciated as a true customer and not just a 'sale'.

This is a HUGE warehouse sales location. I had an excellent sales rep. When I entered the store he came towards me asking "what can I do for you"? I said "give me a business card and I'll call you when I want help".

He complied with my request. I was left alone to browse the selections. When I was ready I called him to assist with some details. He offered much valuable information and I was then able to make my choice. We came to an agreement and proceeded to select a delivery date.

I should also point out that he guided me to $200.00 in rebates for which I am eligible. That, coupled with an excellent price for my appliance truly sealed the deal.

I will shop there again in the future and I recommend this store to those seeking appliances.

The salesman was very courteous. I had already done the leg work and knew exactly what I wanted. He took maybe fifteen minutes to do the paperwork for the order and took us to the cashier. She was pleasant and very informative. Our time with her was perhaps 10 minutes and we were on on way happily.

So why was geared up and ready to go in for the fight with these overbearing salespeople and got a wonderful surprise instead.
