The online purchase was super easy using the chat feature. All of my questions were answered the process was completed in no time. Took delivery with two new beautiful appliances and very happy with all of the people that assisted along the way! Very friendly and professional!

We love Hahn Appliance. Especially the sales rep Chris Fawcett. He is very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We bought a new house worth of appliances including fridge, stove, double oven, dishwasher and microwave from him about a year and a half ago. When we needed a new washer and dryer this weekend, he was there to help and even remembered my husband and I. We’ve researched prices at lots of other competitors and their prices just can’t be beat! I would highly recommend Hahn to any of my friends or family.

Chad did a great job showing us our options. Since they are a warehouse store most everything is in stock and ready to deliver. We left to compare price and delivery options a couple of other places and Hahn's couldn't be beat for what we wanted. I'll update after delivery but expect that to be a fantastic experience as well because they have their own delivery team and do not sub it out.

Customer Service. I purchased a Washer from Hahn and I also purchased the warranty. My Washer worked perfectly for about 1 year, then it started messing up not rinsing or spinning. The Warranty Company sent six different repair man who could never get it to work correctly. I called Nathan at Hahn and explained to him my disappointment. Within one week I had a brand new free exchange Washing Machine.

Huge store, neat selection. Just really didn't care for the salesman following us around like crazy.

The two young men that installed our new dishwasher were, obviously experienced & knew just what to do. They were courteous, professional, & very personable! I appreciated the way they left our kitchen as clean as they found it. Don’t let these two go...ever! They represented your company very well!

Really helpful and nice people working there. We went in there to find a washer and dryer. We were asked several times if we needed help. Then during checkout each of the associates that helped us out were very nice and answered all of our questions about getting it delivered.

Bought an LG washer and dryer set a few days ago. Hahn talked us though the entire process, held them for us and delivered exactly when we set it up for. Would recommend and will be shopping with them again soon.

Everything went well, but it is now Saturday and I have heard nothing about delivery and installation. I know they're already paid for by TFCU. I would appreciate some feedback.
