We bought our new dishwasher here. The sales rep knowledgably pointed out the pluses and minuses of each brand. The cost of delivery and installation was about $50 less than the big box stores. The guys who delivered and installed were courteous and efficient. I may soon need other appliances and will go to Hahn first.

I tagged along with my Son and Daughter-in-law who needed a new washer & dryer. What I observed was a very helpful salesman who answered all there questions and provided valuable advice. This salesmans attentions resulted in the sales of a new washer and dryer that was dearly needed. I appreciated the salesman helping my family. I RECOMMEND this location to everyone.

I went to a big box store looking for a washer and dryer, and got very little help, so I came to Hahn Appliance. My sales rep, Eddie, greeted me and I immediately knew I had come to the right place. Eddie knows his stuff! He spent time with me to explain all of the features on ALL of the machines. He didn’t pressure me into buying the most expensive set, nor did he pressure me to buy anything. I wish I could buy all of my big purchases from Eddie! I would recommend him and Hahn Appliance to anyone.

They are the best! After spending a day getting the run around from Lowe's and Home Depot I found what I had been looking for at Hann Appliance for $100 less. And it was in stock!

Ordered a dishwasher online and went to the store to pick it up. The whole process was very easy and fast. Everyone I talked to here in person and on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely shop here first when I need another appliance. So happy that I did not order a dishwasher through Lowe's that is always a fiasco and their prices are no better than Hahn's. Also Hahn's showroom is HUGE I was shocked at how much they have on display.

This was my first time at Hahns on Reno. I got excellent customer service. Cid was very helpful, and patient for the whole 2+ HOURS it took me to make a decision on a washer and dryer! Brittany at the cashier desk was quick and very pleasant to work with. Thank you for a great experience.
