I’ve had the misfortune of losing my double oven in early May, which means I’ve been without an over for 7 full mos. (wasn’t even 12 yrs old & was my 2nd since moving here 17 yrs ago) it’s not for lack of trying to find one, but in a situation where nobody carries nor can they get the size I need, time slips by fast & next thing you know, it’s Christmas time.. I live in a rural are so I am very limited to where I can get appliances (3 stores, 3 towns). The one store who I’ve been working with for approx. 2 mos. now recommended Hahn Appliances. I was hesitant because that’s a big name store in OKC, & I’ve NEVER had luck getting so much as a “hello” from a staff member. But that wasn’t the case with Hahn’s. After taking my elderly mother to 3 local appliance competitors and not finding the fridge she liked (that was both in stock and in her budget) we tried Hahn's and successfully walked out with a signed sales order, 18 months of zero percent financing, and a scheduled delivery date to her home in Enid 2 weeks later. They installed her shiny new black stainless Samsung and hauled off her old fridge. She is very happy. Thank you Hahn's team and our very helpful sales associate Chris F. He allowed us to wander about the aisles and take our time but he was easy to find when we had questions. Unlike the other stores, where I would have to walk through just about half of the store to track down an associate (then they would disappear again after answering one question).
