Alan the store manager took it upon his self to replace a double oven we were having issues with. No details needed, just know they stood behind the product.
Also Chris our sales rep super informative and knowledgeable of products. I would recommend Hahn Appliance.

Out freezer went about a month ago. We have looked and looked for one. The one I wanted at Lowes was not going to be available til April 2022. So we checked at Home Depot and they were out of stock. So I tried Hahn’s and they had one in stock and was cheaper. We also bought a refrigerator from them back in May and it was the easiest experience I have ever had buying an appliance. It took us longer to drive there then it did to buy and pick it up.
And the customer service is awesome!

We have been shopping at Hahn. Can't say enough good things about shopping there. We will be coming soon again .Thank you got your wonderful service.

Purchase was fast, easy, no high pressure. Chris Fawcett was helpful and knowledgeable, and again no high pressure sales BS, THANKS CHRIS. A big plus was that the washer was IN STOCK and we were able to take it with us, our 20 plus year old Maytag died and we needed a washer. We also purchased the matching dryer, which will be delivered at no extra cost plus they are hauling off the old set for free as well. So far, happy with the purchase and happy with Hahn Appliance.

Jerry was a very professional sales representative when we were looking for a new refrigerator. His knowledge was helpful. After our purchase, we discovered we needed a different unit, and Jerry was courteous and eager to help us exchange it. We will definately do business here when we upgrade the rest of our kitchen appliances.
