The sales associate was very helpful on knowing what size washer I would need, he listened to how I liked to do my laundry and what I wanted my machine to provide. He went over the reasons a warranty might be needed and what one would provide and the costs but wasn’t pushy. The checking out & setting delivery date was done quickly.
