So far so good. I ordered a dryer over the phone. It is expected to be in in a couple of weeks. I'll post another review after that, but so far the purchase was easy and the sales person, Chris (the young Chris) was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all the questions I had.

When you walk in the door no salesman greats you. I thought they should. When I found a salesman he was very helpful in showing me where the dishwashers were located. He never gave me a sales pitch which was great. I looked at all of them and decided and picked out the Frigidaire. He told me that was a great pick. When we went to his desk to get the paperwork to pay out he explained the warranty. I paid out and he gave me the directions where to pick it up at. The down side is the pickup area. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to great me. I asked if he was the only one working and he said no. He got my dishwasher and put it in my truck.

I had a great experience buying appliances at Hahn. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and the employee who helped me with financing was courteous and friendly. I would recommend Hahn to anyone.

I guess we should be grateful we are getting a refrigerator/freezer in 7 days but living out of coolers is the pits.

My online sales rep, Michael Day, was very helpful in locating the refrigerator we wanted, holding it until we we able to order it (because there was only one left in the state), and scheduling the fastest delivery possible. Thank you Michael and Hahn!

We built a home in 2017 and Matt in OKC helped us. We got an entire kitchen from them. Went back later and got a washer dryer. Recently we remodeled a home for our son and got kitchen appliances. We went in on Matt's day off but I would highly recommend him as a salesman. He helped me out the next day when I was having a minor problem at the warehouse for pickup.
