Jerry was a great salesman and was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We have purchased from him before and he is so good he remembered us from as far back as 2013 when we purchased a cook top from him. Great experience!!!

My dryer quit working. I needed a new one right away. I called Hahn Appliances and talked with Steven. He was so helpful and patient! I was stressed at having to spend a bunch of money! The dryer I had decided on was not available but he gave me the info about the dryer that was closely related to the one I thought I wanted. I was able to look at it online while we talked. While not painless ($$!) it was not the fault of Steven. He was able to answer my questions and I'm confident everything will be fine. Thank you Steven!

Hahn appliance warehouse is the best store to visit when you need or want a new kitchen appliance. Best salesmen. Best brands. Easiest checkout. They deliver when they tell you they will be there. A fantastic place !

Went price checking with multiple stores and Hahns was by far best prices and better brands, walked in and out with freezer within 15 minutes after going back to purchase

If anyone looking to buy new appliances we highly recommend Hahn Appliance Warehouse in Edmond. We had excellent service in their store today with both the salesman and the cashier. Lot better prices and service as well than 2 of their local competitors. Plus they will deliver for FREE to Chandler, throw in the hoses for our new washer, AND haul away the old one to appliance heaven. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased a refrigerator with a warranty. My warranty was sold to a different warranty company. After approximately 2+ years, I was told by the repairman my fridge was irreparable that was sent by the fortegra warranty company which was Not willing to honor their responsibility...The assistant mgr. refused to answer any of my calls, even Blocked my calls both from himself and his boss Josie.
After calling the actual Hahns Appliance Store...Manager Keenan, and assistant Manager Lacey were absolutely AWESOME in resolving my issue 👏. I was given store credit toward purchasing another refrigerator. I thank you so much for your excellent customer service. The sales people were extremely helpful. 👏

Salesperson Jerry was great. He found us the perfect replacement for our oven and microwave that was fried but a snapped power line. The replacement did everything our previous oven did plus more cool options. Price was right as well!
