The associate was quick to help me and give me options for which microwave would fit in the specific amount of space I had. They also confirmed their install team would drill into tile if needed (I had ordered through Home Depot and they wouldn’t, so the microwave was returned). The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I asked about a military discount. I was given a paper with the receipt and informed to go to the website for the refund/discount amount. I went to the website, I was $10 short of what would be was applicable for a refund. Then when I entered the microwave model number, it didn’t pull up/wasn’t covered. Since I live in Texas I picked it up on the way down from WI and loaded the DW in the back of my Semi trailer. DFW ain't that far from OKC so I'll run up there and pick it up. Four years ago we went to Hahn's for a new dishwasher and counter-top gas range. We were looking for a particular brand recommended by Consumer Reports, but the salesman, Josh Fawcett, explained why a different, less expensive brand was better, and he was right. The buying experience was simple and the installation went smoothly. This week our built-in oven finally quit working, so I started price-shopping on line. Hahn's prices were about the same as other stores, and since we had had good experience with Hahn's (and not so good experiences with the other stores) we went back there. Your delivery drivers left my old refrigerator in my neighbors front yard they had minor children. I paid to have it picked up and hauled away when I called the store I was told it was told dirty to put in the truck .at no time was I ever told the coils needed to be cleaned etc. Do you know you can be fined 500 or a year in jail for doing that.
