I found washer and dryer i was looking for and called Hahns store. I was able to buy and schedule delivery without going to store. Made it very convenient as i was in process of moving from out of state to Oklahoma. Thank you the product was delivered and eactly what i expected without any problems.

I had a great experience at Hahn Appliance Warehouse. The sales staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions while giving me the space to browse without feeling pressured. When I needed to cancel my refrigerator purchase the day after buying it, the management handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and hassle-free shopping experience.

I walked in and found a refrigerator and a stove with a stove top applied for credit was approved. Had all the paper signed delivery set up and out the door within 45 minutes. My sales person was wonderful very professional answered on my questions. Delivery went fantastic, the two delivery men were so respectful and so careful with everything coming in and out of my house they set everything up and then proceeded to explain to me how to use all the features. I definitely recommend.

I had a great buying experience. Competitive pricing for what I wanted. Delivery was another matter. A week out, I was given a delivery window of 8-12. I took the morning off work. The truck showed up at 2:00. I was completely frustrated. As they left, I said, “This is me, leaving for my 8-5 job at 2:30.” I wrote an earlier review that said I understood a 4 hour window a week out, but by the day before when plotting the final route, the window should be narrowed to 2 hours or less. And never should the delivery occur 2 hours outside the window. I hope Hahn is listening.

Price was right, delivery was professional. Highly recommend.
