Needed to replace a gas cooktop thats failing. And after looking around found it at Hahn's. Both sales people were knowledgeable and helpful in getting us through the process. We purchased and are awaiting an expedited installation later this week. Thanks so much

Had to buy a new microwave. It is built in so my options were limited. Other places had what I wanted on their websites but they were out of stock or extremely expensive. Found one a Hahn that would work for a reasonable price. Same specs as my previous one. I called to inquire, they reserved one for me, I went in the next day, paid and picked it up. Super easy!

Great place to shop. Lots of inventory and great service. It was much a better experience than shopping at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Also they deliver outside the OKC metro area for a small fee, which was a must for me.

Excellent service. We drove to OKC from Stillwater, and I honestly spent less time in Hahn’s than Lowes. Went in Hahn’s, and had help immediately, purchased a dishwasher, and out the door! In Lowes I spent 30 minutes just trying to find someone to help me!

We purchased a fridge for my mom over two weeks ago. They told us at that time the delivery schedule was set for two weeks out. No problem. We made other arrangements to keep my mom's food cold until the new fridge arrived. They delivered the fridge today and left it in my mom's living room. They told her there is an additional fee to move it into her kitchen. No problem. Then they told her she would need to set up an additional appointment(which is another 2 weeks out) UNACCEPTABLE. I called the store and talked to the sales manager Keaton to explain the situation. He stated that " All his salesman offer installation to the customers". I explained to him I was on the phone with my mom the entire time and this was not explained. He stated again he find that hard to believe and unfortunately there is nothing he can do. When we walked in we were greeted by a sales associate and then she left us to browse by ourselves. When we needed her assistant she was easy to find and was able to answer all of our questions. She was extremely professional, polite, and friendly.
