Sales associate very knowledgeable. Asked numerous questions to determine exactly what we needed & explained the options for those needs. Paperwork was very quick & efficient. We purchase all of our appliances there.

Great customer service, great prices, great selection. I was shopping online, wanted to know if they had a particular item in stock, opened up their online chat, immediately spoke with a real person, they reserved the item I was looking for, picked the item up an hour later. Too easy.

Amazing sales team, amazing selection.

We’ve always enjoyed our shopping at Hahn’s. Although, I would never by a Samsung refrigerator again. Replaced it with a whirlpool. My only complaint is there isn’t anyone at Hahn’s that services refrigerators. They have a repairman listed out of Chickasha. He couldn’t help us because it is still under warranty. There is a two week wait for Whirlpool to send a repairman. That’s an unacceptable wait time.

Store associates were friendly and fast. At the warehouse where you go to pick up the orders.. not so friendly. But.. I'd buy from them again. The warehouse guy did do his job correctly. It was just he ignored us when we tried to have small talk and be friendly. Maybe he was having a bad day, who knows. Prices were the same as anywhere else and they had options that were not on the sales floor but at the warehouse you could choose from also.

Very helpful and they had it in stock! Most places have to order what you want. Will be back!

Greeted by Avery nice man who showed us washers and dryers. No pressure to buy and did not try to sell us more expensive model.
