When I entered the store I wandered around looking for the dishwashers. I approached two employees at workstations and stood there waiting to be acknowledged. They had both glanced at me, still no greeting. I finally interrupted and asked for directions. One of them pointed over his shoulder and returned to his workstation. No offers of help.
A few minutes later I saw both of them assisting customers who arrived after me. I looked around for someone and could not find anyone on the floor. I was ready to exit the store and on my way out, a gentleman named Chris (who was behind a desk), looked up and asked if he could help me.

We needed a new washer on a Sunday afternoon. A very kind Home Depot employee told us that Hahn had the best selection of items that were in-stock and we could get that day!
We went in and told him we need a larger drum, top-load only, and these are the problems we had with our Samsung W&D. He showed us our best options and helped us decide what specifics would work best for our family.
