When I entered the store I wandered around looking for the dishwashers. I approached two employees at workstations and stood there waiting to be acknowledged. They had both glanced at me, still no greeting. I finally interrupted and asked for directions. One of them pointed over his shoulder and returned to his workstation. No offers of help.
A few minutes later I saw both of them assisting customers who arrived after me. I looked around for someone and could not find anyone on the floor. I was ready to exit the store and on my way out, a gentleman named Chris (who was behind a desk), looked up and asked if he could help me.
Had it not been for Chris I would have left and made my purchase elsewhere, in spite of the fact that Hahns is my go to place for appliances. Thank you, Chris!
