Outstanding service.... The process had an extra few steps for online purchase however, every single employee I communicated with was well on effort and respect. I am vert pleased to purchase a washer dryer set from Hahn's Appliance.
When i started initially it was online. I looked on their website then messaged a person via chatbox and asked about how soon i could get a washer dryer set. Within minutes the online support rep was able to inform me of inventory back orders and recommend me a brand they had "In Stock" at the same price. ❤❤❤ So i paid online went to the main store with my information the very next day!!!! I started the research process for a dishwasher and a refrigerator with the Hahn Appliance Warehouse site. I visited several big box web sites, and looked at online reviews. After a horrible experience at Best Buy, I was able to walk into Hahn Appliance Warehouse, go pick up, and have a working washer back in my house within hours. First I knew what sort of appliance I was interested in. I entered the store, no one greeted me. I was left alone to wander the store to find the type of appliance I was interested in. After I found the section. When I has questions I sought out an employee in sight behind a desk. He was pleasant and answered my question. I interrupted him three times when he asked if I had a sales agent? To which I responded no. So he was kind enough to find one for me. Buy the time the agent was there to help me I had decided on the model I wanted. He took me to a terminal and reccomended an extended warranty. He was polite and mistyped my invoice. The escorted me to the cashiers desk where the mistake was noticed and corrected.
