Walked in, salesman walked up, told him commercial old school style without and the electronics and lid lock washers to replace the pos parts breaking $900 high efficiency whirpool washer i bought a few years ago.

Salesman showed me me the speed queen tc5, said thats only one they sell without the lid lock and loaded electronics, its got 5 year warranty.

I looked at washer, asked few questions about features. He answered. I told him this washer i want.

We went to counter he took my info, printed invoice, we then went to register, lady rang up purchase, i paid $1355 and change, she stapled receipt to invoice, salesman handed me map to the warehouse.

I drove to warehouse, backed into bay and dockman loaded washer, i tied it down and took to my house to install.

Whole process from ealking in to showroom to leaving warehouse...

This was my first time to shop at Hahn Appliance and the overall experience was great! The sales rep, Jessy, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the items I was interested in, the prices were superb, and the ease of checking out was so nice! Plus, the military rebate was an added bonus! I highly Recommend shopping here first before going elsewhere!

Our salesmen remembered my husband from when he came in with his father a few months earlier. He helped us find what we were looking for. Which by the way was $200 less than what we wanted to spend. He took the time to go over all the extras on the dishwasher and loaded it up nicely.
Everyone is friendly from salesmen to cashier. We have purchased our washer/dryer, upright freezer and now dishwasher from Hahn. There is no reason to even look other places.

Walked in , was met with a friendly sales person. She checked inventory, (gas dryer) typed in my information, I bought the 5 yr warranty, if I don’t use in 5 yrs I get it back in store credit. She scheduled delivery, installation, pick up for a nominal fee. Walked me to payment desk. I was in store for less than thirty min. I chose Hahn over big box store because of inventory, they had it in stock. Installation- big box doesn’t do installation of gas anymore, and delivery fee was competitive and includes everything I need for new install.
Hahn customer service is superior in my opinion!

First I want to thank Chad for going above and beyond to find the right washer/dryer combo. The one we wanted was not in stock however my wife and I was looking at Samsung washer and dryer but every store was out of stock. Chad came to me and said he had a Samsung and it was the one we were looking for. Thanks Chad you made my wife happy. Happy wife happy life lol. I would recommend this place to family, friends, and neighbors. Also when I received the washer and dryer the dryer had been damaged on the outside but still useable. I contacted Chad and he said no worries use it and I’ll have one ordered and replaced. They was not able to get me the same model but they upgraded my washer and dryer to the larger Samsung washer and dryer for no charge due to was not able to get same model. Was on back order. They really took good care of us.
