I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.

On June 30, my wife and I went to Hahn Appliance to purchase a new dishwasher. The sales staff was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We agreed to wait two weeks for delivery and installation, with everything scheduled for July 10.

The problem started on delivery day.

My wife stayed home all day waiting for the installers while I was at work. Since I couldn't always answer my phone, we specifically provided my wife's phone number as an alternate contact. Instead of calling her, the delivery crew apparently decided they couldn't ring the doorbell because of a "dog."

Here's the problem: we don't own a dog. Unless my cat suddenly became an intimidating guard animal, that excuse makes no sense.

This is the second pictures of made from metro. My salesman Mike I was impressed with the first time when we came in that I didn't even go in this time. I told him what we were looking for which was a garage refrigerator and the prices that we have been finding you made it cheaper for me to buy a name brand Frigidaire with my military discount then what I was going to pay flooring off brand at Lowe's. The delivery people both times have been very nice also we will continue to do business there for anything appliances

Micah, was the only one who greeted us as soon as we walked in while the others just stared at us walking in. Micah, was very well educated, respectful, and patient with us. He walked us through every step of the way. I will definitely be coming back to work ONLY with him for my future projects. I highly recommend working with him I bought a dish washer, stove, fridge and a washing/ dryer machine. Definitely, would give him more stars for his professionalism.

They had what we were looking for in stock. They showed us the washer and have us an additional discount, delivered it, and hauled off the old ones. Beat the price of other tech stores in town.

Had to replace my washing machine. I found exact replacement I needed. Called Danielle & made arrangements to come in to look, purchase & set up Delivery. All went smoothly. Now just waiting for delivery & set up. I feel confident that'll go great as well. Very professional & helpful!

The sales person Eddie was very helpful. Went in to by a water and ended up with a refrigerator. We wanted one without a freezer and he hooked us up. We love this thing.

I really like this place. Lowe's steered us wrong twice on a built in microwave that didn't fit. Josh helped us and had us out the door with everything we needed within about 15 minutes. How refreshing. It actually works, too!

Worked with Jerry to purchase all new appliances for our re-build after our fire loss. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of us.

We always wind up here...after we've discussed and "window" shopped at the big box stores and clubs...Jerry has at least matched or made us a better price than what we expected. This time was a new 4 door refrigerator. Great, fabulous selection and I could not have gotten a better price.

Everything went smoothly with the purchase, delivery, and installation of our new refrigerator. I prefer to shop and buy here over home improvement stores because they are easy to work with and they have a huge selection to choose from. It's easy to get someone here to answer your questions unlike at home improvement stores.
