I was hit while riding my bike back in April of 2019. I knew the best place for me was Bike Law. Despite a parking enforcement company driver t-boning me, they refused to acknowledge and even accused me of hitting their SUV on my bike. Between Covid and their insurance company ducking Bike Law, I didn’t receive my (more than generous) settlement until last month. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with the legal system. Day three after my accident I made a phone call to Hagen Rosskopf (H.R.) A young lady named Pamela aka Mrs. Pam answer the phone . She seems to care more about my injury then just having another client. As months past on speaking with up to 3 to 4 different attorneys I ended up with a gentleman named Kendrick Mc Williams. Mr. Mc Williams coached me very well on my briefing on what to say and what not to do when it was time for my video hearing.”Trust me when I say follow what I’m saying and you will be okay “ A couple of months later I get a email from Mr. Mc Williams singing that we had a settlement....!!!!
