Varun and his team have always been fantastic to deal with. I have never been disappointed with the service provided to my family and me. Varun ensures that your all needs are met and that you receive the best service. The price range for glasses and sunglasses is excellent, and he has never tried to upsell me instead, I am given the best price and have been discounted too!
Every time I visit to either get my glasses repaired or purchase a new one, Varun and his team take their time, provide me with all the information I need and have always been welcoming to me. I was referred to this place by a friend. I was not at all disappointed. This place is run by husband and wife, both are amazing people. Specially Varun, they did not have what I was looking for. So, he ordered 3 more designs which I liked and when they arrived I was contacted to come and choose from them. Overall I really like this place and I would definitely recommend.

I came here initially to get sunglasses but decided to do an eye exam and discovered I actually need minor corrective lenses.

This would be my first time getting or wearing glasses so I was reluctant at first

But Varun was so incredibly helpful and took quality time in helping me decide on a pair that worked well for me, remaining patient the whole time even though I am the most indecisive person.

The store had been closed for 30 minutes and he didn’t even say anything, he wanted me to feel comfortable and not rushed.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision, and I would honestly travel from out of province just to visit this location if it meant getting the same quality of service I received.

I have been to this optical place a few times. I have done my eye-exam here too. Their staff is soo friendly and welcoming. I recently went there without appointment but made a phone call before going. My glasses broke and they fixed it for me. Super fast and reliable service!! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
