It was a big job and two areas needed correction. Chris identified them for me and made sure they were done correctly. Also had a small area of soffit (not associated with the job) that he repaired. Service over and above! TY

The contact person, Chris, arranged for several details we needed in addition to the roof. The scheduling was explained and executed with professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best roofing company I have ever done business with. As a long time Gulf Coast resident, I have used a few different roofing companies over the years. When Sally came a calling, I noticed that the roofs that Guy Brothers did after Hurricane Ivan all held up. Mine that was done by another local company did not. It took them a while to get with me due to the demand, but they were spectacular. They went the extra mile to explain to my Insurance company why certain upgrades and repairs were needed and negotiated with them to reach an agreement. The inspector suggested some changes to my shingle selection to improve the overall appearance of my home and we agreed to get the work done as suggested. I generally had a good experience with Guy Brothers. They came out and gave an estimate for a new roof following hurricane Sally. Their pricing was competitive, if not lower, than other estimates I received. I did become frustrated when I was not notified that the shingles I wanted were on back order, as that held up the installation for almost 2 months. It wasn't until I called to inquire that I was told about the back ordered shingles.I may have even raised my voice and cussed a little, but Adam maintained professionalism. I eventually selected different shingles and the process moved quickly after that. The roof looks beautiful and was installed quickly by a crew of 6-7 men and women. Now that it is all said and done, I am happy with my experience overall. The lack of communication is my only complaint. BUT, I will say that Adam did respond whenever I attempted to contact him. Guy Brothers replaced the roof on our rental property after it sustained damage from Hurricane Sally. We were very impressed with Adam's customer service and the efficiency of the work crew. They removed old shingles and installed the new ones all in one day! The crew did an excellent job cleaning up too!

I had my roof replaced because of hurricane Sally. They did a great job! No complaints. Adam was there literally every step of the way. First house first insurance claim. And I might mention that they left ZERO trash in the yard and driveway. I would recommend all day 10/10.

The Guy Brothers' rep (Adam Ward) was amazing throughout the entire process . . . from estimate to roof installation. The work crew was spectacular. It was like watching a choreographed ballet the way the weaved and dodged doing their various tasks, 12-18 feet above the ground. The finished product looked spectacular.
