Guy Brothers did an awesome job replacing my roof. The work was completed in one day. They were very professional! Jamie ( our salesperson) did a outstanding job organizing and making sure I was happy with the completed job! I highly recommend Guy Brothers for roofing repair and installation!

We needed a new roof after 18 years. We got 5 etimates. One box store, two corpoartions and two local. Of the five two were unresponsive and we interviewed three. We decided on Guy Brothers (Westside). Jeff and his wife did the estimate and explained everything. No big sales pitch, just the facts. They emailed our estimate that very evening. When I got it I thought, damn, I didn't ask if they had a discount for military. I called Jeff and he said yes, no problem and sent a new estimate. That's customer service. When the materials arrived, We got a call and date and time they would start. The crew was right on time and at work before the sun came up on both days. We needed a new roof after Hurricane Sally and finally got around to it. We got several estimates from local roofing companies and Guy Brothers was BY FAR the most reasonable. Our sales rep Adam was helpful, answered all of our questions and was easy to work with. The roofing crew was amazing. We are very pleased with this company and wholeheartedly recommend them.

My roof was in bad shape. It was old, had leaks and needed several special repairs due to some old vents, a removed heat stove and a transition to a flat roof. I called several roofing companies. Some didn't return calls or show up for estimates but Guy Brothers was firing on all cylinders! They had a very competitive and reasonable price. Their crew was very receptive to my requests and did a very detailed job with replacing the damaged wood, transitions and removal of no longer needed vents. They even went above and beyond! One of their crew noticed a weak sheet of plywood and upon inspection in the attic it was cracked badly. He caught it and replaced it. That crew was a well oiled machine. The process was flawless from start to finish. Jeff Toburen, our rep, was excellent at calling us back and keeping us posted on the status of the job. I had a claim that was being heavily reviewed by the supplemental insurance adjuster, and Jeff was helpful and explained and highligted the process to protect my rights as a policyholder in the complex world of re-roof's from storm damage!
