My mom needed a new roof on her home after the hurricane and was very cautious of contractors. She contacted Bobby I. at Guy Brothers who was highly recommended. Bobby was very professional and quickly responsive to any questions we had. They did a great job and the roof is fabulous. I highly recommend Guy Brothers for all roofing needs!

The Guy Brothers roofing crew was top-notch. As they progressed from tearing off the old roof, replacing rotted wood, and installing new shingles the surrounding areas were kept neat and under control.
Their Sales Rep, Adam Fike “knows roofing” and kept me well informed every step of the way. He is one of the few business people I’ve known who returns a text or phone message right away. Very much appreciated by this 89 yr old.

Hurricane Sally caused a severe leak on our roof and we needed an entire new roof. Our Insurance company wasn’t quick to reply and took some time to get them to pay! But we got several estimates and went with Guy Brothers because of their reputation! We were not disappointed! They called when the shingles were to be delivered and when the roofing team would be here! Everything was prompt and on time! The roofing crew came and worked solid for 2 days even working till dark the first day! They did the roof repair and were extremely professional and respectful! Adam Fike was very helpful in getting a competitive quote and ensuring good service during roof repair and installation of new shingles. He went out of his way to obtain excellent replacement skylights. Took a little longer to do this but happy with outcome.

We were looking to have our roof replaced and contacted Guy Brothers for an estimate. Mike Neuenschwander took care of us from that point forward. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and got exactly what we wanted. Guy brothers roofing went above and beyond during roof replacement. They were there as scheduled, very professional and explained everything to my understanding. They were very knowledgeable with all aspects of the job and prompt with any questions or concerns. They paid very close attention to details and it being done correctly. They used top grade materials and did everything they agreed to do. This company did an amazing job with the roof and did a great job with clean up. The workers were very respectful and hard working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Adam Fike went above and beyond to ensure that great replacement skylights for our project were obtained. It took a couple months because of COVID-19 related backorder delays but completed roofing job is quite satisfactory. Original price quote was very competitive and change order pricing was fair (replacement decking required for older garage roof that was sagging and deteriorating).

Respectfully covered or moved all items from “drop zone” that I wasn’t thinking about…Meanwhile, the crew descended upon the JOB, each with their own set of “things to do,” in order to get the job done with minimal stress on homeowners or dogs. Occasionally, music could be heard as Individuals on the Crew played their music on their hip, keeping the overall mood upbeat.

The most important REQUEST, for Insurance REIMB, were the PHOTOS of the DECKING sheets Replaced. These corresponded to HOLES on the interior, on the ceiling, giving insight into the HOW the roof had leaked.

The COLOR is excellent, and now I have a ROOF for the next few decades. And the piece of mind? priceless!

Adam Ward was great to deal with. He is very professional and answered all my questions regarding the re-roofing of my home. He oversaw the job while it was in progress and did a final inspection. Well post Sally and Covid has definitely made getting any projects done around the home challenging. After getting 3 quotes I went with Guy brothers roofing because of their long track record in the Pensacola area. I did have some serious doubts through the process, but by the time the project was completed they got it right, and the roof handled the last storm we had well.

It was not without road bumps.

First, my home did not have Hurricane clips on it, so they had to cut out and replace plywood sheeting during this portion. We ended up getting some rain shortly after this portion was completed and ended up getting some moisture areas at various of the ceiling. I was concerned that the roof was leaking. After they finished the roof and the one rain though there have been no additional leaks.
