We hired Guy Brothers to do a major roofing job on our hotel in downtown Pensacola. What was thought to be a major job in the beginning, turned out to be much more extensive than first anticipated. Guy Brothers team stepped up and handled very bad situation with storms and being in the middle of replacing the roof. They went far beyond the call of duty with helping make sure everything was secured. They were always there to answer any questions and keeping us up on the progress. The team were all very professional, kept the property clean and always took care of any issues or concerns we had.

The team that came out to re-roof my house were extremely professional and worked very hard. Their work on my property included replacing some rotten decking in addition to re-flashing the chimney. Rafael and his team were respectful and they worked together so well it was almost like watching a dance. Each person knew just what to do and it was fluid, almost no breaks in 106 degree weather with high humidity to boot! They left quietly before I could thank them after cleaning up the mess beautifully and I cannot say enough about what a good experience this was. I would highly recommend this company! I also want to commend Cong Dang who drew up my contract for services and was always honest and forthcoming about the work to be done. He also was a pleasure to work with!

Thumbs up for our new roof installed by Guy Brothers! The work crew was dedicated and worked through extremely hot conditions. They did a great job on the roof, and left a clean work site at the end. Our contact was Cong, who was very professional , communicated promptly and provided an immediate and accurate quote. Cong’s follow through was excellent- he did exactly what he said he would do- returned phone calls and promptly answered all our questions about the process. After finding a few nails on the ground, Cong immediately sent someone back to recheck the grounds. We appreciated the professional attitude from the entire company which ranged from Linda in the office, to Cong the front man, to the hard working crew. Needed a new roof because I was going to have a VA inspection on my home for a VA Mortgage loan. Wasn't sure that the roof would pass so I asked Jason Guy to come out and look and tell me what he thought. I know Jason and his family and he would never steer me wrong. He said I possibly could pass but he didn't think so and did not push to sell me a new roof. He has had a lot of experience with VA inspectors and knew what they would look for. So, I considered the fact that whether or not the roof passed, it was getting close to the point of years that I knew it would need it soon anyway. So I chose to replace the roof. Jason had his guys out here the very next week and they were done and gone it 2 days. My house looks new!! Great price, outstanding workmanship and awesome people. Thank you Guy Brothers Roofing!

Guy Brothers Roofing installation of a new roof on our 40-year old residence was ‘5-star’ and professional from start to finish. Don Smith, the owner, easily answered all questions and demonstrated he is definitely a subject-matter-expert on roofing materials, application, and Florida Hurricane codes. He suggested the addition of a self-adhesive ice/water membrane that lowered our insurance premiums. The office personnel handled all logistics from filing permits, scheduling, and even accepted credit card payment. The roof workers did a phenomenal job by pre-staging tarps to ensure our grass/shrubs/sidewalks were not damaged or left cluttered. After completion of the roof, they canvassed the area with a magnetic device to ensure all metal objects (especially nails!!) had been collected and disposed of. The area around our residence was left so clean that no one would have known...
