Guy Brothers Roofing did excellent work installing a new roof on my house in Pensacola. Mr. Cong Dang did an outstanding job keeping me well informed throughout the entire process. He was on top of things from my first contact requesting a re-roof to checking that I was pleased with the final product. He provided a detailed; yet easy to understand, written estimate of the work to be performed and answered the many questions that I had. Guy Brothers was recommended to me by a handyman who had done work for me. I used Guy brothers to reroof a four unit townhouse I own off Pine Forest road. They did a great job on the new roof and repaired the four chimneys that had been leaking. The new roof looks great and the price was better than most estimates I received. Based on the excellent work they did on my townhouses, I decided to let them repair a leaky chimney on my house in Woodbine Springs in Pace. The leaky chimney had been a continual problem for about eight years and I had about that many roofers and others try to fix the problem to no avail. Guy brothers fixed the leaky chimney and the chimney looks better than when the house was built. They also cleaned up the area to my satisfaction. We contacted Guy Bros. to replace a leaky roof. We got a great bid which also included replacing the aged skylights and rain gutters. They arrived early, replaced the roof in a timely manner, and left the site extremely clean. The service was exemplary and the salesman,Josh, went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Our experience with Guy Brothers was amazing from the first meeting through to our beautifully finished roof. I generally dread dealing with contractors, but this was such a positive experience. My contact person was Cong. I really appreciated that he was professional, on time, helpful, honest, and not pushy. I was preparing my home for sale. It had an estimated three year longevity left on my roof. I choose Guy Brothers because of good reviews, recommendations, and it was a long established Pensacola business. Cong is an amazing representative, company man and all around great person. No pressure sales, we discussed various options and together selected the best choice for my home and budget. I was impressed that he showed up several times throughout the job to supervise the work and even bring the crew lunch. The roofers were very professional, they worked all available daylight hours. Job was complete within 30 days. Rain was an issue, once the work was started, the workers stayed and waited out the rain, and even worked on Sunday to complete the job. Did I mention that this took place the end of JULY! Not an ideal time to do roofing work but my house needed to be listed for sale...

Guy Brothers was hired by Meraki to fix a leak that had occured from the installation of solar panels. This leak was attempted to be fixed twice by other roofing companies. Especially around a skylight. Cong made it clear that he wanted it fixed right the first time. He went the extra mile by recommending the skylight be replaced to Meraki. He wanted to be sure that we wouldn't be inconvenienced again with additional repairs. I would like to thank Cong and the crew at Guy Brothers for their excellent work.

Their quote was right in line with other quotes but we liked their representative, Mr. Kenji Rahn, and heard this was a great company. Subsequently we learned from real estate agents and the permit office that this was a well respected company. Only one comment - they could have done a better job policing up the nails and when payment person came by for the check, he personally used the magnet device and found a lot of missed nails. Consequently, we are using them again to replace a roof on another property we plan to sell very soon.

I am with Meraki Solar in Pensacola and recently had a customer convert to solar but needed a new roof. I got 2 quotes for the customer. The first was from Cong at Guy Brothers. The second.....well let’s just say when he showed up, he asked if they had gotten other quotes. They told him yes, from Guy Brothers. The guy told them he wasn’t even going to give them a quote because he couldn’t beat their price and walked away! They provide great financing and help people converting to solar with the highest quality materials and work seamlessly installing the roof right before their solar goes on their home.

I would definitely recommend this company if you are anywhere in the Pensacola area!
