Growing Kids Bendix South Bend

My grandson started at Growing Kids shortly after turning 2. He had a major case of separation anxiety which lasted a few weeks. But, thanks to the wonderful staff, he came to love the time he spends at daycare. His teachers -- Elizabeth, Kaylee, Latoya and Ashley -- provide thoughtful and caring attention, along with a variety of interesting and stimulating activities. They have been patient, understanding and supportive as he gradually became accustomed to his new surroundings. And they do an excellent job of communicating about how the little one is doing. On those days when I pick up my grandson, Kaylee goes out of her way to tell me how the day went, no matter how busy she is at the moment. My son was struggling with his writing and I wasn’t sure how to get him back on track. Ms. Anjelica has been working with him and has helped tremendously! We’re on the right track for Kindergarten now!

My daughter has been going to the Bendix for about 3 years. The teachers have really gone out of the way to help her feel comfortable, especially when moving up to new classes. Ms. Ashantie and Ms. Suzzy were her first teachers. Every morning she was greeted every day with a warm hug and smiles. Always running to them giggling and ready to play. When she moved to Ms. Sandra, she didn’t want to leave her! She learned soooo much from her. We were nervous moving her up when the time came. Ms. Daila exceeded our expectations. She has learned to recognize numbers and letters before 3 and a half. She is writing her own name already. Daila also teaches the kids Spanish. My daughter can recite music, numbers, colors, days of the week and so much more in English and Spanish. The office is always personable and work with my wife and I do what’s best for our child. Not another place like it.

These kids are learning and growing everyday! Especially with great teachers like Elizabeth and Kailey who bring the fun to learning!

Bringing my kids to Growing Kids on Bendix Dr. is one decision I’m glad I made. My son had Ms. Anjelica, who was the true definition of a teacher being patient with a child. As we found out he has ASD he was in her class, he was treated with the same respect as his peers. Dropping him off in the mornings got easier the longer he was there as she made the drop off experience worthwhile. It is good to see a teacher in the role of doing something they enjoy. We cannot thank her enough for her time, patience, and dedication!

My daughter is currently in the preschool classroom with Ms. Jordan and Ms. Danielle, which is a good feeling because my daughter previously had Ms. Danielle when she was in the toddler classroom. I love Nancy and Zoe they are so good with my son !! And he really likes them. It puts my mind at ease to know he's in such good hands !

I truly loved the conference. I loved all the information received and can’t wait to implement it. I also loved all the movement!!! Not only was it fun but it also broke the ice with a lot of us. We were able to interact and enjoy one another while learning new skills. I can’t wait for the next!!!

My child is always excited to go to school and learn new things! Miss Jess and Jordan have done amazing things to help my daughter flourish! Miss Brandi and Miss Carla are running a wonderful center and should be proud! I always feel that my daughter is safe and well taken care of. It’s amazing to think when I was a child I attended Growing kids and now I am sending my daughter here!

My son has been attending the Ireland Road Center for the past 3.5 years, and he has learned so much during this time. As he gets ready to start kindergarten next week, I know he is ready for this new adventure with special thanks to Miss Tara and Miss Destiny! We will definitely miss our Growing Kids family❤️

My child is doing extremely well in Mrs. Laura’s PS5 class. I appreciate the variety of things that she is being taught that isn’t common in a lot of the other classrooms. She’s also being exposed to STEM education! Thanks Ms. Laura for all you do!!

I absolutely love this daycare as do my children. We have been with growing kids for almost 8 years! My children have always called daycare “school” and just that it is. The children have time to play of course, but everything they do is centered on learning. They are amazing with their pre-K classes. They help our children get on the right track and prepared for school. I’m so thankful for the wonderful staff that have taken care of my children and the amazing director Jessica. Jessica is so pleasant and easy to speak to. I couldn’t picture my children being in another daycare. We know everyone there and our family is very know as well. I highly recommend them!

Both of our children attend Growing Kid on SR 23. We have had nothing short of a phenomenal experience with everyone we have been in contact with.

Our oldest is in the Young Preschool class with Miss Ashley and Miss Brittney, and has completely flourished. He has learned how to express his emotions without yelling and throwing things, his language has increased tenfold, and he is genuinely happy to be in the classroom everyday.

Our youngest started attending Growing Kids just shy of his first birthday. Miss Emily and Miss Marilyn made the transition of sending him to school SO EASY. They treat him as their own. They always update us on what is going out with our child and in the classroom.

My daughter has been going to growing kids now for 2 years. The staff at the elkhart location really takes that time to get to know the kids, she get so excited to see so many of them there. We have had one small issue but they took care of it so quickly to make sure my daughter was being taken care of in the best way. I love how it’s structured so the kids learn things yet get to have fun. You definitely pay for what you get when it comes to child care so if you’re worried about the cost, I believe it’s worth it for your child�
