Alex came highly recommended to me for the refinance process and I have since recommended him to my friends. He was honest, highly responsive (even on weekends) and was able to get us the lowest rate! We compared rates at a few locations but Alex was the best rate BY FAR. We did experience a couple of minor delays in our closing timeline but Alex made sure our rate remained locked and kept us updated throughout the entire process.
