GreenPro cleaning did a fantastic job! They were able to get all the spots off my Belgian Linen couch!!! I love that the furniture is clean and doesn't smell like over powering cleaners. This is my 2nd time to use them and they were fabulous again. I am a very particular person and they get the job done well.

Excellent service! Ron was able to clean stains from our carpet that a different steam carpet cleaner could not. Seriously, we were convinced we’d have to replace the carpet but Ron saved it! He removed every stain! It was amazing!

There are carpet cleaning companies out there and then there is GreenPro Cleaning. I was searching for a company that was green and environmentally friendly with their cleaning process. I didn't want any harsh chemicals in my home or in my carpet. This is one reason this company stands out for me. Another big reason was customer service. Ron did an outstanding job on our carpet but also was very thorough in making sure I understood the process and answered all my questions. Scheduling was very easy and Ron called a couple days before my service to go over my requests and find out additional details about the job. He was very professional and personable like taking care of a friend or family member. Mr. Steele was extremely receptive, offered educational material and information so that we could make the best choice in services and in turn, performed a quick, beautiful cleaning on our couch! I feel it being fair that due to having multiple issues with our services, the owner refunded the full amount and I felt it being a draw to change my 1 star to 5 with no reason why but simply that he fixed the issue by refunding me for a gesture.
