The worst mover in my experience! You should be careful with sales person about the delivery date and loading date... They did not explain the detail. it confused me about the delivery date. They hold my household goods for long period time making me nervous and exhausted since I had to stayed at Hotel. one day they called me to pay more for direct delivery service making quick delivery. They asked me to pay more saying the service will deliver my stuffs without stopping other place. but that was the lie. the movers stoped other location and delivered to me after 8 more business days. This company comes across as being very straight forward and professional. Upon walkthrough of my house I was told that I would not have to remove all items from dressers and such but when movers arrived they said it was required and was an extra charge. Read the payment options in contract carefully. Extra 4% charge on credit card which they don’t accept at delivery. Zelle which may limit how much you can pay. If you can’t pay them remainder upon delivery there may be extra charges if your belongings go to storage. There may be extra charges if there are steps involved, carry distance is too far, or they deem that a semi truck can not get close enough to your delivery spot requiring a transfer truck. The lead mover assured me that all would go well, “you’re in good hands.” They didn’t protect the floor at the new house (even though I brought it up) and I have multiple scratches on the wood floor. We have some items missing, some broken furniture, they didn’t assemble everything again (my daughter’s headboard was just leaning against her bed), we had to search for the handles to the fridge, found a piece to the table in the gutter. They were quick to take the tip (we should have looked around first) and get out of here, but when we called almost immediately after they drove to ask where something was, no answer on his cell phone. This company was the worst I’ve ever use to move.

1. I made my reservations with an Amex card. When the movers arrived 3 days later for the move they told me I had to provide them with a different card because they didn’t accept Amex cards.

2. During the reservation they did not disclose that there’s a 5% fee to use any cards until they arrived for the move.

3. My reservations for the move was 12pm - 3pm. The movers arrived at 3:15pm.

4. Movers were unprofessional. They arrived wearing flip flops just not equipped to perform a move.

5. The movers utilized 8 hours plus to move a 2 bedroom Apt that was already fully packed.

6. Movers did a poor job packing the storage unit. 15% of items did not fit. Had to hire other people the next day to move everything from one unit to the next.

Green Line Vans were responsible for the final and main leg of our out of state move. Our things were sorted into two destinations and we were assured it would be kept separated and dropped at two locations. Our price included two stops at two destinations within five miles. When the Green Like truck arrived at my elderly parents home (supposed to be just a small stop to drop a few boxes off) multiple boxes fell out of the truck when the movers opened the truck door. The boxes had all been mixed together and they refused to take anything to the second stop (where it actually pretty much all needed to go.) They claimed that I had paid a broker for a second stop and not them so they weren’t responsible for it.
