Brian did an awesome job getting me set up for my move and getting me a great deal planning it out, then the day of the move came and Logan’s team killed it as well!! They took better care of my stuff than I would. We were worried about our fridge with a screen in the front until I sent my wife this picture, its blanketed, taped, card board protected, then wrapped again. If you need movers, these are the guys. I’ve used this company for a local move and they did a wonderful job! The men were professional and extremely quick. The office staff is easy to work with, helpful and explained the process well. The negative reviews seem to be coming from people not reading or understanding the contract. It is laid out and self explanatory so just read before you sign. I have never left a negative review but I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. This company seemed great and affordable when I had my first consultation with them. A lovely woman came to my house to take inventory of everything that needed moving. I asked very specific questions about items we needed moved and she confirmed that all would be good. On moving day, 3 guys showed up. The “main guy” was incredibly rude from the second I opened the door. He walked around the house and pointed out all the things they would not be able to move, after I was specifically told that everything could be moved with no problem during the consultation. He was so rude that I ended up crying and telling him to do what ever was needed in order to get everything moved. He agreed, said I would be charged more, and got to work. BEWARE!! DO NOT USE!!This company is a total scam! We hired them to move my mothers stuff. Once she was loaded in the truck they told her it was too much stuff and they doubled the cost. They then moved her stuff to a storage and finally from PA to TN. Once she arrived everything was broken. Antique lamps smashed, all the glass in her China cabinet smashed out, legs broken off of antique furniture, couches had rips and tears, literally almost everything was ruined. She was smart and bought the insurance. It refunded her $200 on 10s of thousands in damage!! The people delivering were rude. The ripped everything out of cellophane in the street and left piles of it right in the road. Broken glass was left everywhere. A few months ago, we moved from Texas to Ok. We paid quiet a bit of money for the move. On the day we moved, Greenline quoted a price. We agreed to it. When the movers came, they said for them to wrap our couch, grandfather clock, 2 stand up fireplaces, two TV's, we would have to pay extra. When they got us moved to our new home, they did not unwrap the mattress in the spare bedroom. They did not hook up the washer and dryer. We had a little rocking chair my son had since he was around 2. He is 42 now. The movers broke the chair in half, didn't bother to tell us. Hid it from us to find. One of my son's speaker to his stereo system came up missing. We searched through boxes and boxes, couldn't find it. The speaker stand were torn all to hell. Loved these gentlemen! Fast! Very fast workers! Professional, took plenty of care with our belongings, treating them like it was their own! Willie and his team of Raul S and Raul T were very accommodating, putting our items wherever we wanted. They asked us which rooms we would like our things, willing to adjust and position our furniture so that we were perfectly satisfied! They quoted 6 hours, they were done in less than 4 and that included almost an hour drive to get to our new home! My Wife and I highly recommend Willie and his crew!
