There are many praise-worthy things I can say about Grand Finale Cleaning. The two ladies who cleaned my house were Maria and Kimberly. It amazes me how detailed they are in cleaning. When I met with the owner of Grand Finale Cleaning [Billie Hayes], I was very pleased with her management approach—personable, professional and prompt with follow up. Her training of and caring about each of her employees are a rarity in today’s business world. Additionally, her implementation of technology is great.

Although the price estimate was a little more than I wanted to spend, I decided to try Grand Finale Cleaning because I had not been pleased with the work and customer service from several other companies. WOW…I am so glad that I did!
