I love Grand Finale Cleaning because their cleaning methods were thorough and they never disappointed me.

Grand Finale is the professional cleaning service everyone is looking for. Communication with the administrative staff is a dream. All persona have been courteous (kind even) clear, problem solving, responsive and efficient. They provide unfailing reminders of the cleaners appointment day and time of arrival. They answer questions and work with changes in the client's schedule and needs. As for the cleaning professional matched and assigned to us - I can't say enough! Thorough, efficient, steady and pleasant. She would go about her job quietly but would chat a bit only if we were chatty. She was reliable and TOTALLY trustworthy. It wasn't long before we were absolutely confident in leaving her alone in the house and arranging access for her if we were gone when she arrived. We have moved out of state, and I will miss Grand Finale deeply. We will not be able to replace that...

I was recently in the hospital but I had not been well for a while. Needless to say, my home was in need of a good cleaning. Grand Finale came in and not only cleaned my house but my fridge, my oven, my windows and counter tops! My floors were so clean and my house smelled so good! Best cleaning service around. Their Deep Clean Service surpasses the competition. They clean all surfaces including baseboards and high to reach places, and everything shines when they leave. Wish I hadn’t waited so long for this year’s spring cleaning.
