I found G and B online after I was sued by two companies who were able to get a judgement against me. The first judgement was for $2566.00 and after negotiating, they were able to get the amount to just over $1600. A net savings of about $1000.00. There was a second judgement on a case that I did not know about for about $10,000. I was told by the law firm representing the plaintiff that I would have to pay the full amount. I shared with Frank Borgese that I had this judgement and was never served. As a result of this, Frank filed a motion to reopen the case. After advising the court, the judgement was put on hold, Frank was able to get me a settlement for sixty percent of the amount owed and by bank account which was frozen was returned to me.
All that I can say about this organization is that I was highly impressed with the price, customer service, and support that I was given. I picked the firm simply because it comes out near the top in a search engine. I was given a free consultation. I initially talked to Martin, who spent an hour going over my cases. He gave me all of the information I needed and after a small upfront payment to hire the firm, I was on my way top resolving my issues.. There was flexibility in terms of the initial payment. Martin made a payment plan that I could afford. While talking to Martin (who had my records already) he initially advised me that there was nothing I could do about the larger judgement. After our conversation, he and Frank came up with a plan to challenge the service. Before this was done, I received several telephone calls from Frank and he basically dropped everything to file the motion. The motion was successful, and the leverage that we were given forced the other side to accept a much lower payoff. Frank was also able to get me a payment plan for both of the judgements which was affordable and I now have peace of mind
