This is strictly a debt settlement practice. They do not help consumers exercise their rights. If you want to be judged and spoken to in a condescending manner during the consultation, then this is the firm for you. For a brief moment, I thought that I was speaking with a representative for the debt collector.

But I will say that my initial conversations with the customer service reps were pleasant.

UPDATE 1/11/24: I just had a conversation with Frank J. Borgese, Esq. He was very polite and took the time to hear my side of the incident with their other attorney. I do hope that it is addressed because tact and kindness are very important.

If you’re looking for a debt relief attorney look no further. I have unfortunately had quite a bit of experience dealing with attorneys for various things… divorce, taxes etc. Most attorneys are just looking for billable hours as the client is a paycheck, but not Frank. From day one I could tell that Frank actually did what he said he was going to do and definitely put in the effort.
