Excellent flooring company! Joey does exactly what he says he will do, and the work is done on time. We had our hardwoods done. They put in new upstairs, and refinished the downstairs, including fixing some major squeaks. After that we added tile in a half bath, and the fireplace. I needed carpet installed quickly.... I called Joey Webb and he was at my house in 30 minutes with samples. I picked a beautiful carpet and it was installed 7 days later, when no one else could... Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
The installers were very professional and extremely polite. They cleaned up everything and did a fantastic job.
The carpet and upgraded mat are absolutely beautiful! Five stars isn't enough for what Joey made happen for me. And the price of the caret was more than reasonable.

I was directed to a large home repair service by my insurance company when a pipe burst in my kitchen and flooded the floor. After 8 weeks haggling on price and no kitchen floor I fired the original contractor and called Gotcha Covered Floor Covering off a local recommendation. Sawyer and his team were AMAZING. It took less than 10 days from the first phone call to get a quote, pick a product, and have it installed. Would have likely been faster were we not coordinating around the holiday. I will absolutely use this company again if I have a flooring need. Sawyer Woodworth came out to give me a quote without me feeling like I was being pushed for a sale. He was helpful in choosing the carpet and didn't try to push me into something more than what I wanted. I had an air conditioning install go wrong that created a need for new carpeting, and he worked with my insurance company to help make the whole process go smoothly. He also guided me as to when the install should take place when I asked him if I should have the carpet put down before or after the other repairs. He was extremely responsive through the whole thing. The installers that came out were also wonderful. They were very nice and they really cared about the quality of their work.
