We are incredibly satisfied and highly recommend Good Neighbor Fence! The quote was reasonable and ended up being the lowest of three bids (by a small amount). Everyone on the team from the salesperson, office staff, and work crew, were easy to work with and responsive. The quality of the work absolutely met expectations- everything is plumb and level, fence line straight, even little details like notch outs and hardware- they did a fantastic job!

We had just a couple of concrete paths put in. We wanted the dirt that was dug out for the paths put in our new garden beds. I thought we would have to move the dirt but it was done before we even realized they had come. The paths are so nice and help with the front.

Before Installation: I reached out to multiple fencing companies and these guys had the best pricing. They also were the most readily able to schedule soonest, for an August install date, which I understand is a busy time of the year for this type of work.

During Installation: Once onsite, their team started and completed the roughly 220 ft of fence installation in a single day. The fence is sturdy, including with the portions drilled into the concrete of our driveway.

I went with black aluminum, double picket fencing for the closer vertical bars to prevent small children and animals from squeezing through, while matching some black features and aluminum railing we already had on the exterior of our home. I'm very happy with the product.

First time homebuyer so I didn't know any companies and to be honest I am not sure how I found this company but I am glad I did. Trevor was my sales person and he came looked at everything looked at the picture and got me quote ASAP. I was upfront that I am quoting and he said they could price match which they did, he was pushy or trying to upsell anything. Pedro and his crew checked with me throughout the whole process and the fence turned out great, could not be happy. The owner is great and very accommodating, there were a few misunderstanding (my fault) during the build but it all came together perfect. Also shoutout to Aldi, she was super funny and nice on the phone. Great company.

They did a quick job on a large fence and only complaints I have is the gate dosent close well, they cam out and adjusted it once but it didn't really help. But gates are hard to get right I guess. Very friendly guy that have the estimates and really fair pricing

My experience with Good Neighbor Fence has been EXCELLENT, starting with Michael, the sales rep, who was so personable and helpful in talking me through what I desired and how to lay it out. He brought product samples, etc. and walked the property with me to help me further visualize the best fencing start and stopping points, etc. I also had opportunities to interact with owner Shane and I am very happy with the final quality product and service. There’s nothing like good customer service which can sometimes be more important than the job itself. I can speak to their customer service because we had a couple of unexpected occurrences, but upon reaching out to the sales person and owner, there were immediate responses and the situations were promptly rectified. I HIGHLY recommend Good Neighbor!

Good Neighbor Fence recently installed a combo 4 and 6 foot privacy fence in the yard of a rental property we own. The sales guy who who came out was very friendly and responded quickly with a very competitively priced quote. The response time and craftsmanship of the install team was top notch and the ownership team was there every step of the way to help us through any question and issues we had. They really went above and beyond to get us taken care of and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new fence!

Cheryl was wonderful during the whole process. She met with me several times always working around my tight schedule. Several measurements were taken for accuracy and she worked with me on design until we came up with the one that would work best. My install was even scheduled on a Saturday since that was the only day I had available. The finished product looks great!
