Anthony’s handiwork in repairing some carpet our dog tore up blew me away! It’s like nothing ever happened

I used Good House for carpet re-stretching. Anthony was incredibly responsive and an excellent communicator. We found another wrinkle the day-of and he fixed that as well at no additional cost. His customer service manner is professional and friendly in a world where most businesses no longer operate that way! I cannot recommend Good House enough!

A few month ago, my puppy ripped up a little piece of my carpet leaving a little bigger than a quarter sized hole in my carpet. Anthony was very nice and honest with me and even advised me to just leave it alone as it will just stand out. Anthonys honesty may have hurt his pocket but I am so grateful that he was upfront and honest with me and I will definitely reach back out or recommend to anyone who is in need of carpet assistance!

Anthony did an amazing job fixing the damage my dog did to the carpet in my new rental house. He was super easy to communicate with, super nice and very professional. Anthony was very helpful and communicated wonderfully. My dog destroyed the entrance to my bedroom where the hardwood changes over to carpet. He recommended a wonderful business to purchase remnant carpet pieces, and was able to patch where my disaster occurred. I didn't have the remnant on hand but was able to run to town and get it while he did his work. I am very self conscious about my home and the odors my dogs leave but he was very professional and didn't give me a hard time or make anything awkward. I'd recommend him and his business to anyone who asked. Also, as a parting gift he left a stain remover solution sample that is the best I have ever used. I will definitely be ordering more SPOT OUT!

From beginning to end I was beyond impressed with the services from Good House Floor Care & Repair - and Anthony.

We had to have a hole our dog chewed in our new carpet repaired, and found Good House from a Google search. Unlike the other listings - it was easy to contact and get a quote (which was so reasonable) from GH. Anthony was very professional and courteous, and provided several examples of similar work he had done.

The night before the appointment he sent a text
letting us know when he would be there and then on the day of texted us when he was on the way.

When he arrived he was very courteous and did the repair very efficiently. He did an amazing job - it is like it never even happened!! I can’t even tell where the damage was!!!

Anthony is excellent and I definitely recommend him! He not only cleaned our carpets and removed all of the stains left by our animals, but he also cleaned our hardwood floors that cover all of our downstairs and everything looks amazing. In addition to his amazing work, his customer service is top notch. He is responsive, professional and friendly which is not always easy to find. I will most certainly be using him again in the future.

Anthony did an amazing job fixing the carpet that got torn up by our friend’s cat! He even responded as soon as I contacted him for a consultation and got to fixing it the next day! Anthony was great. He was very honest with me about what he could do. I had major damage that he was hesitant to repair. His quality of work may not show. I appreciated this but asked him to try. Wow! I’m not disappointed. In my view it’s amazing! I understand the damage I had and didn’t expect a miracle. But I got one! You can’t even tell I had a repair!
