Anthony repaired several areas of carpet on the stairs and a doorway. They did such a great job that you can’t even tell there was ever any damage. It looks amazing! Anthony and his team were professional, respectful, and very polite. Will absolutely use his company again.

I was so impressed with the service I received today. I have used multiple professional carpet cleaners for a pet stain I had on the landing of my stairs. I have also cleaned the spot many times on my own using various products. Nothing worked. The stain remained. I had almost given up hope and was actually expecting Good House to replace my carpet. Instead, Anthony was able to clean the spot so well that the carpet looked like new. I was amazed. Good House did an excellent job for me and I would recommend them highly for anyone trying to get rid of pet stains on their carpet!

Area of Berber carpet was damaged. Anthony cut out the damaged area and replaced it. You cannot tell where the patch is.

Anthony is the best! My cats clawed up our carpet in one of our bedroom doorways and he fixed it so you can not even tell it happened! Excellent communication of when he would be visiting and was quick to get the job done. I would definitely recommend if you need carpet repairs!

I was very pleased with Good House Floor Care & Repair! My inquiry was responded to very quickly and scheduled right away. Anthony even asked to come earlier than scheduled! He removed candle wax from my living room carpet as well as burn marks from me trying to clean it. I should've just called Good House to start with! I highly recommend and would call them for any future carpet needs. Also a percentage of their profits goes to fund cancer research!

Arrival time was 830 to 930 am and Anthony came in just before 9am. He started with stretching the carpet and finished with a lengthy carpet cleaning process. The roll in the carpet disappeared. He was able to get out all the stains (pet urine, and some other stain spot that wasn't urine). He was very detailed with his cleaning process.

Anthony was prompt, polite, and professional. He was able to bring my builder grade carpet back to life through steam cleaning, and even patched a nice size tear in a corner of one our rooms. You can't even tell carpet had been torn out and put back in that corner when he was done! Also had a spot in our carpet where my dog got a hold of a permanent marker that he was able to remove. Highly recommend!
