I don’t know what we would do without our Goddard. Being a working parent is difficult for a million reasons, but I’ve never had to worry about my kids when I know they’re in great hands. My 3 year old wants to go to school every day and never wants to leave. She talks about her teachers in the same way that she talks about our family because to her they are just as much a part of her life, maybe even more. They take illness seriously, which is important for my toddler with an immune disorder, and notify me whenever something is amiss-even if it doesn’t require a pick up but they know I would want to know. Because that’s just it, they know. They know me and they know us. My daughters aren’t just two of many. They treat my kids and my family as individuals. This is a top quality daycare. The kids are always happy to go and they have learned so much there. The owners, staff and teachers are very nice and very professional. Two of our granddaughters have attended the Goddard School of Ashland since 2017 and 2018. They love their time at the school and we love watching them grow under the care and guidance of a great teaching staff, excellent directors and wonderful, involved and capable owners. This school feels like a real community and a school family. During the challenges that have been presented as a result of COVID in the greater community, the school has done an amazing job of maintaining a safe environment for the children and the staff and is now reestablishing new, safe and reasonable protocols as the COVID altered world evolves.

The Goddard School in Ashland is more than a daycare/preschool! They treat your family like one of their own. I am so thrilled to have found this school to meet my children’s needs especially during this 2020 Covid year. They make sure to have cleanliness and safety as their number one priority.

Our children have been attending Goddard Ashland for a little over one year. We owe a ton of appreciation and gratitude to all staff. From the first day, our boys have been engaged in learning and happy to go to school. As parents, it has been wonderful to watch our boys engaged in learning and happy there. The teachers are excellent and it is clear they have met their calling and love what they do. Fast forward to the time of Covid when being nervous and uneasy about childcare centers reopening was the norm. Goddard didn't miss one element of navigating the times of Covid. From the first day of reopening, they had thought of every scenario. They clearly communicated closing and reopening processes. This school has been great for my son. He has learned so much over the last 2 1/2 years. The teachers he has had have been amazing. Currently he is in the preschool program with Ms. Judy, she is great with him. Really working with him on his letters and tracing, and communicating tips with me to help him. This is such a wonderful environment for a child to grow up in. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted (by name) by the owners, the directors, and the teachers. Goddard is truly home away from home for my children. The owners, Dave and Laurel, are extremely involved and on site everyday. The directors and teachers all have very long tenure which was a big reason why I chose this particular school. Staff is genuine, school is clean and organized. Have recently visited other schools as unfortunately we are moving and the offices at most daycares are a mess. Goddard Ashland is organized no matter what part of the school you are in.

Both of my children started in the infant room and the level of care is always excellent. The school is clean, organized and the teachers are loving and treat them as their own. We have been at Goddard in Ashland for 6 years and love it! Highly Recommend. Read more >

We couldn't be happier transitioning our daughter to this facility. After receiving mediocre care at a competing facility, we have noticed BIG changes from our child. We LOVE the Ashland Goddard School! Our 2 boys have gone there and our littlest will start in January. From the infant room, to the preschool classes, and even after school care, we have loved the teachers and staff! They keep our children safe, learning, and feeling loved while we are away. We have been so pleased with The Goddard School with our 4 year old Tucker. This was his first year attending a school and it has been smooth transition all year. My son has learned so much from being at the Goddard school. I love that the teachers challenge my son to do his best in a fun and educational manner. Many great & positive things to say about this school! We waited a little while to get into this school, but it was well worth the wait! Love the friendliness of EVERYONE in the building! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a "Hello" or "Good morning" or "Good afternoon"! And when you show up with only one kid because the other one is sick, Dave (the owner) and the front end staff make it a point to catch you as you come in or before you leave to ask you about your other child and how they are doing. The front end staff & teachers know your kids' names, even when they aren't in their class & are of different ages!
