What a wonderful facility with exceptional teachers and staff. From the first meeting and for the last several years as all of our kids attended this school, it is obvious the owners and staff care for each and every child which makes drop-off so much easier and comforting for us to go to work knowing the love they’re getting. Our daughter has been going to Goddard since she was a year old and the one thing I hoped for her was that she be “loved on” and find warmth in the people who she spends so much time with. As a parent and Director of the Goddard School, when I came to Goddard 17 years ago I was on the lookout for a preschool that would provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for myself and my future children. I'm happy to say that I've found all of that and more at The Goddard School of Ashland.
I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The teachers and administration are incredibly caring and attentive to each child's individual needs. They've always been transparent about my child's progress and have communicated effectively with me about any concerns or questions.

Goddard has been a second family for us. From pre-k to two years of after school and summer camp in between, we have had a wonderful experience! Teacher turnover had been an issue but that’s just like any other child care center in the past few years. The owners and directors have been transparent along the way and actively address any other concerns. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming. I don’t know what we would do without our Goddard. Being a working parent is difficult for a million reasons, but I’ve never had to worry about my kids when I know they’re in great hands. My 3 year old wants to go to school every day and never wants to leave. She talks about her teachers in the same way that she talks about our family because to her they are just as much a part of her life, maybe even more. They take illness seriously, which is important for my toddler with an immune disorder, and notify me whenever something is amiss-even if it doesn’t require a pick up but they know I would want to know. Because that’s just it, they know. They know me and they know us. My daughters aren’t just two of many. They treat my kids and my family as individuals.
