GLASS Home Inspections recently provided inspection service in a home I contracted to purchase while I was out of the state. The seller wanted the inspection completed in 5 days, a period of time when I would still be out of state. However, between my realtor and the inspection tech, the resulting information was provided to me virtually. I could see the areas the tech was speaking about as well as ask any questions. The tech was great with fully explaining everything. The inspection was also very thorough. The overall experience was excellent! I would be happy to recommend GLASS Home Inspections to anyone buying a house!

In my opinion, you get to witness the true integrity of a Company when you point out a mistake or error they have made. I used Glass Home inspections before purchasing my first home almost a year ago. Recently, my AC guy found damages which should have been caught during the initial inspection a year ago by Sean's team. When I contacted Sean to complain about the issue, he immediately took accountability and sent a check within 3 days to cover the damages that the AC Company charged me. I initially sent Sean an email with my complaint and to be honest, I was incredibly surprised that I did not have a harder time getting a hold of him considering it's been a year– he contacted me right away to hear me out and apologize. We've used Sean a couple of times now, and he saved our bacon the first time around by discovering a hidden mold problem that the seller refused to fix. Deal cancelled. He's, thorough, professional, and on time. We will certainly use him again.
