Good experience picking out flooring. Installers did a great job as well. Only place they lacked were with the floor transitions or bump stops where floor meets door, wasn’t provided any info on them until I noticed it myself.

I was in the market for a good runner in a specific size. The folks at Giant were very helpful in finding a carpet I liked and had lots of runner stock to choose from.

Installer Kodah and his assistant were efficient and professional - actually delayed the job because he discovered a potential problem that had to be addressed. Floor looks amazing.
