We had a lot on our plate with moving from Washington to Pennsylvania - Giant Floor made changing out the carpets in our new home much less of a headache. Staff worked with us to carefully choose the best carpeting and padding for our needs. The installation team was polite, professional, and very efficient. The price for carpets for 3 bedrooms, stairs, and a closet could not be beat anywhere else. Highly recommend visiting Giant Floor!

Best place to buy floor for larger spaces. Excellent customer service. Very patient . They came to my house measure the area. I went to the store spent hours to choose the exact look I wanted, they have so much choices. Love it , will go there for more purchases. I need the kitchen floor redone.
I purchases 2 indoors and 1 outdoor carpet. They hemmed to fit so they look like giants rugs. I had a lot of compliment from my visitors.

Fair price, good job on the installation. The only reason I'm giving them ☆☆☆☆ is there was a miscommunication between the sales rep and the installation crew. They sent 2 older gentlemen who refused to remove the old floor which I paid for removal.They were suppose to remove the old floor and install the new floor.They were told it was an installation only. After about 45mins going back and forth with sales they decided to remove the floor. They didn't have any supplies so I had to supply the buckets and help them lift them. Other than that they did a beautiful job
