We had flooring placed about 18months ago. The installers were very good. We had tobhave 35 year okd carpet removed (ugh), and the subfloor needed intense cleaning. The were kind enough to let us know this berore just placing the new floor on top if that. It would have been a disaster, so we appreciate them being honest about that. We got the floor cleaned up (they gave us the choice of cleaning it ourselves versus them cleaning it) and they installed the laminate a few days later. We appreciate their professionalism. The flooring itself gives us some issues with the top layer peeling- not sure why that happens, but since its over a year I guess we have to live with it.

Great service, price and quality

We already scheduled installation of hardwood floors and carpeting through Giant Flooring. All staff we dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable of all flooring details. I noticed after I ripped out our old carpeting that it may require additional materials, which it does. Working with Pete today our potential delay of ibstall scheduled was not effected. Wonderful place to do business with.

I used giant floor 2 times in the last 5 years, the first crew that did the back of my home never came back as scheduled to complete the work, little things like putting the floor under the heat or finishing the steps.
